Dr. Affaro Affandy leads Binaskil across Malaysia and Indonesia, setting the direction of the firm's systems transformation practice. His experience spans diverse industries, helping leaders across the public and private sectors resolve complex, cross-cutting problems rather than treating them in isolation.
He has facilitated senior government and industry leaders through some of the region's most complex challenges, combining systems thinking, Group Model Building, and structured delivery so that the strategies produced are owned and delivered by the organisations themselves.
Dr. Affaro holds a PhD in Biochemical Engineering from University College London (UCL).

Professor Emeritus Dato' Dr. Mohamad Azemi Mohamad Noor

Commissioner, PT Binaskil Group Indonesia
Professor Emeritus Dato' Dr. Mohamad Azemi Mohamad Noor brings distinguished academic authority and decades of institutional leadership to Binaskil's governance. He previously held the Kuok Foundation Professorial Chair in Food Science and Technology, and served as Dean and Professor at Universiti Sains Malaysia and as Deputy Director of Universiti Kuala Lumpur.
In recognition of his contribution to education, he was conferred Tokoh Pendidik MARA 2018. As Executive Chairman, he anchors the firm's intellectual rigour and its standing with government, academic, and institutional partners.
Dato' Azemi holds a PhD in Food Technology from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
